Rainbow Popcorn

A cherry, blue raspberry, and white chocolate flavor explosion, our rainbow popcorn is a treat for the taste buds! Perfect for unicorn parties, bridal showers, baby showers, and other gatherings.

Ingredients

Pink Corn
- 5 gallons of popcorn popped in white coconut oil
- 1 package of Basic Corn Treats Mix #2096
- 4oz white coconut oil #2654
- 10oz water
- 4 cups Cherry Pink Glaze Pop^®
Teal Corn
- 5 gallons of popcorn popped in white coconut oil
- 1 package of Basic Corn Treats Mix #2096
- 4oz white coconut oil #2654
- 10oz water
- 4 cups Boo Blue Flossugar
White Alpine Chocolate Wafers #5368
Oil-Based Pink Food Coloring
Sprinkles

Directions

Add Basic Corn Treats Mix packet, 4 cups Cherry Pink Glaze Pop^®, 10oz water, and 4oz oil to the cooker mixer
Mix and cook to 275 degrees
Add 5 gallons popped corn and mix well
Dump and separate
Steam clean cooker mixer
Add Basic Corn Treats Mix packet, 4 cups Boo Blue Flossugar, 10oz water, and 4oz oil to the cooker mixer
Mix and cook to 275 degrees
Add 5 gallons popped corn and mix well
Dump and separate
Combine corn flavors and mix well
Melt white chocolate wafers
Add food coloring to the desired color
Drizzle over popcorn and allow to set
Coat generously with sprinkles
Break up popcorn with a scoop to serve
