New Duo to Take Sno-Kones® to Next Level

How do you make a summertime treat even cooler? This wasn’t a job for just anyone. It was time to call in the experts.

Gold Medal has a history with snow cones that dates back over 80 years to its earliest days when they first sold flavored syrups. “We take pride in our Sno-Kone® brand and knew this was the time to take it to the next level,” said Gold Medal representative, John Evans.

With a love of ice and snow, and a willingness to work in cold temperatures, the newest members of the Gold Medal team are a pair of penguins. You’ll find the two diligently working to ensure the highest quality of shaved ice is produced.

Don’t let their cuteness fool you. They take their job quite seriously. In fact, they keep trying to convince our flavor department that fish-flavor will be the next big flavor trend.
