Delicious on the rocks or as a frozen slush drink, give your customers an unexpected option with this sweet and spicy recipe made with your concession supplies.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup sugar
  • 5oz Hawaii's Finest® Mango Sno-Kone Concentrate #1376
  • 3/4 tsp Ghost Pepper Flavacol #2482

Directions

  • Fill a one-gallon jug half full with warm water
  • Add 2 cup sugar
  • Shake to dissolve
  • Add 5oz Hawaii's Finest® Mango Sno-Kone Concentrate #1376
  • Add 3/4 tsp Ghost Pepper Flavacol® #2482
  • Fill jug to the top with water
  • Add to Frusheez® machine and freeze
