3 Easy Fudge Recipes to Tempt Your Taste Buds

Just in time for National Fudge Day on June 16th, we’ve collected three fudge recipes that are easy to make and delicious to taste!

  1. Fruity Fudge with Sno-Kone® Concentrates

This recipe will help you create a fudge full of bold fruit flavors like lime, red raspberry or lemon.

– 1 bag of #2717 Sweet Selections Base Mix

– 7 oz. of water

– 3 oz. of Sno-Kone® Concentrate (Choose from Lime #1034, Red Raspberry #1049, Lemon #1041)

– 2 sticks of unsalted butter

  • Turn on fudge cooker.
  • Add 7 oz. of water, 3 oz. of Sno-Kone® Concentrate and 2 sticks of butter (pre-sliced). Let stir until butter is all melted.
  • Slowly add one 7 lb. bag of #2717 Base Fudge Mix
  • Let stir until mix is smooth and shiny, about 160 degrees F.
  • Pour into pan pre-lined with parchment paper. Don’t pre-slice.
  • Let cool for 8 hours or overnight.
  • Store in airtight, dry container at room temperature.

  1. Coffee Flavored Fudge

Your own freshly brewed coffee flavor captured in a rich, decadent fudge!

– 1 bag of #2717 Sweet Selections Base Mix

– 10 oz. of coffee (instead of water)

– 2 sticks of unsalted butter

  • Turn on fudge cooker.
  • Add 10 oz. of coffee and 2 sticks of butter (pre-sliced). Let stir until butter is all melted.
  • Slowly add one 7 lb. bag of #2717 Base Fudge Mix
  • Let stir until mix is smooth and shiny, about 160 degrees F.
  • Pour into pan pre-lined with parchment paper. Don’t pre-slice.
  • Let cool for 8 hours or overnight.
  • Store in airtight, dry container at room temperature.

  1. Chocolate-Strawberry Swirl Fudge

A flavorful mix, paired with a creative presentation makes this fudge a fan favorite!

– 1 bag of #2715 Sweet Selections Chocolate Mix

– 12 oz. of water

– 4 sticks of unsalted butter

– 1 bag of #2717 Sweet Selections Base Mix

– 7 oz. of water

– 3 oz. of Sno-Kone® Concentrate (Strawberry #1030)

– 2 sticks of unsalted butter

  • Turn on fudge cooker.
  • Start by making the strawberry batch first.
  • Add 7 oz. of water, 3 oz. of Sno-Kone® Concentrate and 2 sticks of butter (pre-sliced). Let stir until butter is all melted.
  • Slowly add one 7 lb. bag of #2717 Base Fudge Mix
  • Let stir until mix is smooth and shiny, about 160 degrees F.
  • Pour equally into 2 pans pre-lined with parchment paper. Don’t pre-slice.
  • Then make the chocolate batch.
  • Add 12 oz. of water and 4 sticks of butter (pre-sliced). Let stir until butter is all melted.
  • Slowly add one 7 lb. bag of #2715 Chocolate Fudge Mix
  • Let stir until mix is smooth and shiny, about 160 degrees F.
  • Pour chocolate evenly over each batch of the strawberry fudge.
  • Spread it so it covers evenly.
  • Use spatula to turn over strawberry fudge from bottom to top in 4 lines across each pan.
  • Then use a setter stick to pull through fudge in an “s” motion.
  • Let cool for 8 hours or overnight.
  • Store in airtight, dry container at room temperature.
