Gold Medal Honored with 2020 MANNY Award for “Best Place to Work”
Each year, Cincy Magazine celebrates the best of local manufacturing with the MANNY Awards. Gold Medal is proud to have earned the distinction of “Best Place to Work” in the 2020 MANNY Awards.
The “Best Place to Work” category is defined by employee engagement, benefits structure, employee recognition, and community influence. This marks the third year Gold Medal has received the MANNY Award for “Best Place to Work.”
Gold Medal president, Adam Browning credits the employees for making this award possible, “Being named a ‘Best Place to Work’ is fundamentally tied to our employees. We couldn’t do what we do without them. In this exceptionally challenging year, we are incredibly grateful to the team we have. The people are at the heart of what makes Gold Medal a great place to work.”
Family-owned and operated for nearly 90 years, Gold Medal was built on an employee-centric foundation. For this year’s company service awards, more than 280 employees who have 5 to 60+ years of service were honored. This phenomenal longevity demonstrates a steadfast loyalty.
