Rainbow Fudge

User your fudge mixer to make this delicious and beautiful pink and purple swirled fudge for your next unicorn party!


  • 10oz water
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 bag #2717 Sweet Selections® Base Fudge Mix
  • 1 Tbsp Silly Nilly Flossine
  • 1 tsp Boo Blue Flossine
  • Sprinkles (for garnish)
  • Marshmallows (for garnish)


  • Turn on the fudge cooker
  • Add 10oz. water and 2 sticks butter, pre-sliced. Let stir until all butter is melted.
  • Slowly add in one 7-lb. bag #2717 Sweet Selections® Base Fudge Mix
  • While mixing, add 1 Tbsp Silly Nilly Flossine
  • Cook until you reach 160°F
  • Turn off kettle heat
  • Dump half of mixture into parchment-lined pan
  • Add 1 tsp Boo Blue Flossine to remaining fudge mix and turn on kettle motor only
  • Mix until uniform purple color
  • Dump purple mixture into pan with pink
  • Swirl as desired 
  • Top with sprinkles and marshmallows as desired
