Bubble Waffle Nachos

Not your normal nachos! Flavored with #2367 Nacho Cheese Seasoning Signature Shakes, this unique snack will grab attention. Serve with chili or cheese – or both!

Ingredients

• 1 bag #5018 Old Fashioned Waffle Mix
• 10 cups of water
• 2 1/4 cup #2367 Nacho Cheese Seasoning Signature Shakes or #2366S Cheddar Cheese Seasoning Signature Shakes
• For smaller batches of bubble waffle nachos, use 1/4 cup cheese seasoning for every 2 cups batter.

Directions

• Pour waffle mix into a bowl and add 5 cups of water. Mix using a wire whisk until smooth.
• Add the remaining 5 cups of water while mixing for 30 seconds.
• Scrape the sides of the bowl and continue to mix for 1 minute or until smooth.
• Add Nacho or Cheddar Cheese Popcorn Seasoning and mix.
• Rest batter for 10 minutes, then stir batter down.
• Pour the waffle batter on a seasoned Puff Popper Baker.
• Bake for approximately 2 1/2 minutes at 400˚F.
• Remove waffle from waffle iron and cut into triangles.
• Serve with El Nacho Grande Cheese Sauce and Chili for dipping.
