Roller length allows for two of the large quarter pound gourmet hot dogs (or three smaller hot dogs) in each of the thirteen positions. When you only have 21" of counter space and want to sell up to 50 sales per hour chose this "money machine"! 30 minute cook cycle from frozen, 20 from room temperature.
