This fryer can cook eight Funnel Cakes at a time on a continuous pour and cook basis! High production "ribbon" type heating element has more square inches of contact, yet safer. Use two #5103 mold rings on platforms to "form" the Funnel Cakes. "Swish" the formed Funnel Cake into the open shortening as soon as possible. This also creates convection and reduces grease absorption.
