This higher capacity shallow fryer will easily do six Funnel Cakes at a time and keep up with virtually a continuous "pour and cook" from a single fryer. At $2.00 to $3.00 each, it’s easy to see how quickly these units will pay for themselves! Drain board is furnished to cover the fryer at night or in case of an emergency, such as a fire.
