GOLD MEDAL PRODUCTS Presents Ribbon Fryers

April 2008- Cincinnati, Ohio

Gold Medal Products presents our Ribbon Element Fryers. These fryers use a ribbon element to cook as opposed to the traditional heat element.

The ribbon fryers have the same footprint as the heat element fryers but they have a deeper tank for more oil capacity and quicker recovery time while cooking. The rectangular shape enhances the flow of oil past the element surface which pulls heat away from the element surface. This results in less cooking and oil degradation.

The new FC-4 has the same footprint and power requirement as the traditional FW-12 but increases your production by over 30 percent. These new ribbon fryers have higher efficiency because there is no recovery time needed. They also come with a new emergency safety switch located on the front of the tank which will be required by UL in the next few years.

Gold Medal Products presents the #2488SR Pop About Popper. In the rental market there are two challenges that are common, ease of transport and inadequate power. We have developed a special version of the Super 88 to address both those challenges.

The 2488SR has a Acrylic front and side panels in place of the heavier glass. The side panels also have convenient “hand holds” that provide a natural place to lift and carry the popper. The doors are 50% thicker, and cannot lift off accidentally. We also include cord wrap brackets for the power cord.
