Requirements

  • Proven track record in Project Engineering
  • Skills to efficiently interface with sales and manufacturing
  • Ability to design and develop products, including project management
  • Light gauge sheet metal manufacturing experience
  • Autodesk Inventor and Vault capabilities
  • Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Agency approval experience (UL, NSF, ETL, CE)
  • Food equipment design is a plus

Assembly technicians assemble all of facets of concession equipment like theatre size popcorn poppers including sheet metal parts and electrical components.

This is a day shift position. The current schedule is 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. M - F

Excellent starting rate based on your experience and training, with three performance reviews in the first six months all with the opportunity for pay increases based on good performance. Our 500,000 sq. ft. facility is located in Evendale.

Requirements: Must have minimum two years experience and knowledge of good wiring practices, ability to read electrical schematics, basic electrical knowledge and diagnostic skills, good manual dexterity and the ability to work with a variety of hand tools. Must demonstrate a spotless attendance record and safe work habits. Related vocational/skills training is a plus.

Web Developer & Social Media Specialist

Gold Medal Products Co., the world's leading manufacturer and distributor of popcorn and "fun food" concession equipment and supplies, is searching for an experienced Food Web Developer & Social Media Specialist in our Marketing Department.

The Web Developer & Social Media Specialist is responsible for the development of major and minor Web applications and components for internal and external users. The developer will develop, test and deliver web sites, applications and components. Enhancements and defect resolution will be required on an ongoing basis. Best practices will be utilized to ensure the success of the projects. The developer will have the ability to create web applications and components from the requirements stage, through production deployment. They will be required to have experience in layout, scripting, programming, as well as development involving compatibility and seamless integration with various technologies. Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain company web sites (both domestic & international)
  • Develop and maintain dealer portal for support material
  • Responsible for the development of web pages, graphics, multimedia, GUIs
  • Manage corporate social media and take and manage corporate photographs

Successful candidates will have strong interpersonal skills. Regular interaction with team members, sales and other departments, branches, dealers and customers requires a friendly, approachable demeanor. Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to learn quickly in various technical and creative environments, while delivering quality work by tight deadlines, are key attributes of this individual. Minimum 2-3 years of professional web site development. Proficient with DreamWeaver and other site management tools. Professional web design skill set (ColdFusion, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Flash, jQuery, MySQL). In-depth knowledge of writing cross-browser HTML and CSS. Manage, run & interpret Google Analytics. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign). Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with content Management Systems and web publishing (i.e. Wordpress). Experience with managing hosting, domain, and SEO related issues.

BS / BA university degree a plus but not required.
