Duties include all aspects of our export business, including the development of new distributors while servicing existing customers. This is a Cincinnati based position, but some travel is required. Candidates must be familiar with AutoCad and/or Pro Engineer. A strong manufacturing background is required. Experience with Underwriters Laboratory standards is a plus.

Our Maintenance Mechanic will set-up, adjust and maintain assigned equipment with responsibility for production and quality on this equipment. He/she will analyze mechanical and operational problems on assigned equipment and plan for and take corrective action. He/she will make necessary corrections and adjustments to maintain maximum production throughput and quality. This position is responsible to review the production schedule and when equipment is not scheduled for manufacturing, change over equipment to new sizes or perform scheduled maintenance. Performs routine preventive maintenance checks and reports findings to supervisor and takes appropriate action. Must possess the ability to troubleshoot and repair the following equipment - Auger Fillers, Carton Filling, Form/Fill/Seal, Ink Jet Printers, Processors and Blending.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Maintenance Mechanic in the Food Product/Flavor Industry with the ability to troubleshoot and repair pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical systems, and PLC's. Must be able to work from drawings, specifications and instruction manuals.
High School Education and 2-3 years of related experience or training in the food or beverage manufacturing industry. Ability to independently solve problems.
